"The National Struggle and Turkish Cypriots Exhibition in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic" opened in Bedesten

The opening of the "National Struggle in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic and the Turkish Cypriots Exhibition" was held with the participation of President Ersin Tatar and Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu.

The exhibition, organized by the Cyprus Foundations Administration and the National Library of the Republic of Turkey, under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and the Presidency of the TRNC, was opened in Bedesten, located within the walls of Nicosia.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by President Ersin Tatar, President of the Assembly of the Republic Zorlu Töre, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, TR Nicosia Ambassador Metin Feyzioğlu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu, some ministers and TR Youth and the Turkish Republic, who had one-day contacts in the TRNC. Sports Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu, General Manager of Cyprus Foundations Administration İbrahim Benter as well as some military officials and bureaucrats attended.

At the event, which started with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, Cyprus Foundations Administration General Manager İbrahim Benter, guest minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu and President Ersin Tatar made speeches.
