The Malya Martyrs' Cemetery, located in Southern Cyprus and having deteriorated over the years, has been renovated through the collaboration of the Cyprus Evkaf Administration (Evkaf), the Association of Martyrs' Families and Disabled Veterans, and the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage. Within the scope of the project, the graves in the Malya Martyrs' Cemetery were restored and the surrounding area was landscaped.

The General Director of Evkaf, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, highlighted the significance of these efforts, stating, "Protecting our historical and cultural heritage is one of our primary duties. The renovation of the Malya Martyrs' Cemetery is a testament to our respect and commitment to our martyrs. We thank everyone who contributed to this project."

The Association of Martyrs' Families and Disabled Veterans carried out the first work in their long-standing project aimed at renovating cemeteries located in Southern Cyprus, with financial support provided by Evkaf. Through this initiative, we are pleased to have fulfilled our debt of gratitude to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect these lands. We extend our prayers for mercy to all our fallen martyrs and express our deepest gratitude and appreciation.
