The food and water container project initiated by the Cyprus Foundations Administration for street animals is spreading throughout the country.

Finally, containers were placed in some designated areas in the Güzelyurt and Lefke regions, and food was delivered to the local shopkeepers.

Mehmet Güneş, one of the benevolent volunteers responsible, who made statements on the subject, placed these containers in the Cezar Talat Iyilik Park, the terminal area and in front of the Gemikonağı charity station, thus providing both food and water for our lovely friends on the street.

In addition, we aim to protect the stray animals that come to their doorstep by giving both containers and food to the shopkeepers," he said.

While the charity volunteers and citizens who contributed to this work made a call to put food and water in front of the doors, he stated that the understanding of foundation that should be had started to be reached and that the goodness increased as it was done, and expressed his satisfaction.
