A parcel/house in Tahtakale district, now located in Othello street of Nicosia in Southern Cyprus, was donated and a foundation was established under the name of Emine Hanım İzzet Ağa on 9 November 1939.

In its charter, there is the phrase "It will be spent to make holiday dresses for poor female students in the Primary Girls' School in Nicosia".

We commemorate our ancestors with mercy and gratitude, who were on the side of the poor by establishing foundations, and shed light on our day with a lifestyle based on kindness.
