In the past months, our successful students Emine Öksüz and Hatice Öksüz, who ranked in the TRNC School Sports competitions and showed outstanding success in their categories at the School Sports Kickboxing Youth A and B Category Turkish Championship held in Mersin, where they became third in Turkey, were guests of the Director General of the Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf), Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer.

During the visit, Tümer, who chatted with the students, presented Evkaf Youth Support gift vouchers to our students for their success in the Turkish Championship.

Tümer, who expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the Öksüz siblings for not only achieving individual success but also representing our country in the best way possible, stated that they are ready to sign many more projects that will increase our youngsters' desire to engage in sports and competition and motivate them towards their future goals.

Considering the positive effects of sports on young people, Tümer, emphasizing that such organizations contribute to the physical and mental development of our youth, also highlighted that sports instill values such as discipline, resilience, and determination in our youngsters.
