Applications for the scholarship, which will be given to university students by EVKAF in memory of Turkish Cypriot mountaineer Birkan Uzun, ends on 20 July 2022.
Applications for the scholarship to be given to university students by the Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf) in memory of Turkish Cypriot mountaineer Birkan Uzun in the 2022-2023 academic year ends on 20 July 2022.
In the statement made by Evkaf, it was stated that the scholarship will be ready to serve students with a minimum wage of three per year, provided that each student who is eligible to apply for the Birkan Uzun scholarship, which will be offered to 3 students who are TRNC citizens, has an average of 8.5 and other conditions are met.
In the statement, the conditions that students need to complete are listed as follows:
• Graduated from TRNC Secondary Education Institutions and accepted to higher education
• Having done voluntary-active work in athletes or non-governmental organizations (reference letter of the relevant non-governmental organization is also required)
• The person's application to the Birkan Uzun scholarship with a letter including the reasons for application and personal goals.
