The Cyprus Foundations Administration, the General Directorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and the Faculty of Architecture of the Eastern Mediterranean University are organizing the “Sustainable Approaches in the Protection and Restoration of Religious Structures” symposium on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

The symposium will discuss the restoration process of the Selimiye Mosque, which has been restored and reopened for worship, and the steps that need to be taken to protect and carry other religious structures in our country into the future.

Participation in the symposium is free of charge and all our people are invited.
