On the 68th anniversary of this struggle, we commemorate all those who have passed away, especially our late leader Dr. Fazıl Küçük and his fellow fighters, who led the takeover of the Foundations by the Turkish Cypriot People from the British on 15 April 1956, which was a beginning and strengthened our struggle for freedom and independence, and who contributed to the successful conclusion of this struggle, with mercy, and those who are alive with gratitude and thanksgiving.
