Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (GIMER) hosted the High School Entrepreneurship Competition at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center on Saturday, 19 March 2022, with the support of the Turkish Embassy in Nicosia and the Cyprus Foundations Administration. being held.

The High School Entrepreneurship Competition, to which all TRNC high schools are invited, aims to mobilize entrepreneurship across the island and to contribute to the entrepreneurial ecosystem for the future.

The information meeting of the Inter-High School Entrepreneurship Competition, which is in high demand by TRNC High Schools, will be held online on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 14:30. The rules and information of the competition will be conveyed at the online information meeting, which will be attended by the teachers of the high schools that will participate in the competition. Another aim of the event is to bring together young people from different high schools, to integrate them and to create synergy by strengthening cooperation and creating common ideas and projects.

At the end of the competition, the top 3 teams will visit successful entrepreneurs in Konya for 5 days in cooperation with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB). In addition, visits will be made to KOSGEB Headquarters, Technoparks and successful enterprises in Ankara.
