Haydarpasa Mosque

The building, which is located on Kirlizade Street in the Nicosia Surlariçi region and was built in the 14th century, started to be used as a mosque after the island came under Ottoman rule.

Haydarpaşa Mosque, which has a unique architecture, draws attention with its feet that are pulled into the wall and narrowed upwards when viewed from the outside.

It is also stated that it is the most important Gothic building after Hagia Sophia.
