Dozens of disabled families attended the dinner organized in the Iskele region in cooperation with the Cyprus Foundations Administration and the TRNC Disabled Solidarity Association.

The program, which was held by the sea on the occasion of the 3 December International Day of Persons with Disabilities, resulted in food, gifts and wheelchair support for individuals in need.

Participating in the program, Cyprus Foundations Administration General Manager Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter, the motto of the Cyprus Foundations Administration is that the most valuable of people is those who are useful to people. If we can be aware of those around us, the needy, disabled families, and stand by these people, then we become valuable people.

The biggest problem in the whole world is selfishness. Selfish people are unaware of those around them. This selfishness needs to be eradicated. If we want a healthy family, healthy people, healthy society, we need to eliminate selfishness.

On the other hand, Omer Suay, President of the TRNC Disabled Solidarity Association, on the occasion of the 3 December International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we wanted to meet with our disabled families living in the Iskele and Famagusta region, to feel and feel our unity.

The idea of ​​keeping disabled families out of their homes, which we always try to say, has decreased during this difficult pandemic we have been through. We attach great importance to socialization in order to re-live this thought and to include our families, who had to be confined to their homes, into daily life again.
