Citing the economic difficulties recently faced by our tenants as the reason for delaying their rent payments, which has led to a significant decrease in our rental income, and considering the increasing difficulty in collecting accumulated rent payments from our tenants, our Administration has decided to prepare a Decree with the force of law regarding the regulations for the collection of accumulated rent and late fee debts of Cyprus Evkaf Administration tenants for the year 2025.
