Within the scope of the "Law on the Regulation of the Rules Regarding the Collection of Accumulated Rent and Late Increase Debts of the Cyprus Foundations Administration Tenants (Temporary Rules)", which was published in the Official Gazette dated 16.03.2021 and numbered 5/2021, from 16.03.2021, which is the effective date of this law. Application will be accepted within 60 days.

In this context, all our tenants who want to benefit from the said law are kindly requested to apply to the Nicosia, Kyrenia and Famagusta Real Estate Branch of our Administration.
