The verification procedures to confirm that individuals receiving a retirement pension or a widow’s and orphan’s pension from the Cyprus Evkaf Administration are alive and continue to meet the eligibility requirements for receiving monthly payments will end on 15 April 2026.

The verification declaration form must be obtained from the Accounting Department of the Cyprus EvkafAdministration or from /, completed, approved by the local district headman (Mukhtar), and submitted to our Administration together with the requested additional physical documents no later than 15 April 2026, the deadline for completion of the verification process.

Verification declaration forms completed by retirees residing abroad, along with the other documents to be submitted, must be certified by the TRNC Foreign Representations. In countries where there are no TRNC Foreign Representations, the documents must be certified by the Turkish Republic Embassy / Consulate General / Consulate.

The retirement pensions or widow’s and orphan’s pensions of individuals who fail to complete and submit the verification declaration accurately and in full within the specified period will be suspended until the procedures are completed.

This is announced with importance to all persons receiving monthly payments from our Administration.
