Mustafa Haşim Altan, the Founder of the Turkish Cypriot National Archives, and Zeki Yıldırım, President of the Ahmet Yesevi Cultural Association, paid a visit to Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, General Director of the Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf).

During the visit, a set of four books titled "Turkish Properties in Cyprus – Confiscated and Lost Turkish Land and Property Rights" written by Mustafa Haşim Altan were presented to Tümer.

These books delve into topics such as the land confiscated in Cyprus as a result of the British Colonial Administration, interventions in Evkaf laws and properties, the looting of mosque properties and Islamic cemeteries, and attacks on the property rights of Maraş, which is a foundation property.

This work, which aims to highlight the injustices that occurred throughout history and to contribute to the steps necessary to ensure justice, also significantly sheds light on the history of the Cyprus Foundations.
