Supreme Court President Narin Ferdi Şefik continues his official visits before his retirement on May 15, 2024. As part of these visits, Şefik met with Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, Director General of the Cyprus Evkaf Administration. The meeting took place as part of Şefik's farewell tour ahead of his retirement. During the meeting, they exchanged views on justice and foundation affairs.

The future of the existing cooperation between the Supreme Court and the Awqaf and how it can be further strengthened were discussed during this special meeting. Şefik said that the visit was of great importance to him and that the relations he had established with Evkaf during his tenure were valuable. Tümer, on the other hand, emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between justice and foundation work.
