1571 — With the Ottoman conquest of Cyprus, the civilization of the foundations was established on the island.
Justice, cooperation, and solidarity took root in these lands.

1958 — The Turkish Cypriot Resistance Organization (TMT) was founded.
The spirit of resistance of a people seeking to preserve their existence was born on this date.

1976 — The Security Forces Command (SCM) was established.
The Turkish Cypriot people declared their determination to protect their future with their own strength.

We keep the legacy of the past alive with the conscience of today.
