The attendance check procedures regarding the survival of individuals receiving retirement pension or widow and orphan pension from the Cyprus Foundations Administration and their conditions for receiving pension continue will end on June 30, 2025. The attendance report can be obtained from the Cyprus Foundations Administration Accounting Branch or from the address “/” and filled in, and submitted to our Administration with the requested additional physical documents after having it approved by the Regional Headman until June 30, 2025, which is the date the attendance check ends. The attendance report filled out by retirees residing abroad and other documents to be submitted must be certified by the TRNC Foreign Representatives. In countries where there are no TRNC Foreign Representatives, the documents must be certified by the Turkish Embassy / Consulate General / Consulate. The retirement pension or widow and orphan pensions of individuals who do not complete and submit their attendance reports correctly and completely within the specified period will be suspended until the procedures are completed.
