It is a historical mansion and ethnography museum located in the Arabahmet District of Nicosia. The mansion, which now serves as a museum in Nicosia, was built in 1801 by Derviş Pasha, after whom it was named.

It is located on Beliğ Paşa Street.

This two-storey building is considered one of the finest examples of Ottoman architecture in Cyprus.
