The aim of the training carried out for the youth in Nicosia Surlariçi, which is determined as a pilot region, is to train young foundation owners who know the traditions of the foundation, have a sense of sharing and cooperation, are sensitive to people's problems, and respect their elders as an example to the younger ones.
