İsmail Ebul Iz Bin Rezzaz E-Cezeri, who gained a very important place in history as a result of both his contribution to the Turkish-Islamic geography and his contribution to the development of science, was born in Cizre in 1136, where he received the nickname Cezeri.

He is a mechanic, robot and matrix expert. He is regarded as the founder of cybernetics. He is the person who concentrates on the first robotic technologies in the history of humanity.

There are water-powered mechanisms, gear wheels, copper pistons, recreational vending machines and many more mechanical works developed by Al-Jazari.

In addition, he made history as the first scientist to discover the crankshaft, which is used in many fields from automobiles to locomotives today.
