Evkaf General Manager Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter condemned the attack on a mosque in Limassol with Molotov cocktails and demanded that the criminals be caught as soon as possible.

General Manager of Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf), İbrahim Benter condemned the attack on the İbrahimağa Köprülü Mosque in Limassol with a Molotov cocktail by arsonists early this morning.

Stating that it is pleasing that there were no injuries at the time of the attack, İbrahim Benter said, “This attack on our historical mosque and religious values ​​by people whose identity has not yet been determined is unacceptable. We strongly condemn the sad incident and invite the Greek Cypriot authorities to take action to catch the attackers as soon as possible and give them the necessary punishment," he said.
